Vis de Primăvară is a tourism accommodation operated by Taranu Daniela, a natural person, located at Strada Privighetorii no. 10-12, Limanu, Constanța County, Romania. These terms govern the time-limited rental of the Vis de Primăvară villa (the "Property") to a guest (the "Client") for tourism accommodation. The Property is rented as a whole, with no shared spaces, and has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Reservations can be made via: the website form, WhatsApp, phone, Booking.com or Airbnb. A direct reservation (via website / WhatsApp / phone) is confirmed once the deposit is received. Reservations made through Booking.com or Airbnb are additionally governed by those platforms' terms.

Rates are available on request and may vary by season, length of stay and occupancy. For direct reservations a deposit of at least 30% is required via bank transfer at confirmation; the balance is paid at check-in, in cash or by transfer. A refundable security deposit of 500 RON is collected at check-in and returned in full at check-out provided there is no damage.

For direct reservations the following policy applies:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (full refund of the deposit). • Between 7 and 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation value is retained. • Less than 7 days before check-in: the full reservation value is retained.

Reservations made through Booking.com or Airbnb follow those platforms' cancellation policies, agreed at the time of booking.

Under Article 16(l) of Romanian GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), tourism accommodation services with a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Times can be flexible based on availability, with prior agreement. Unagreed late check-out may generate additional costs equivalent to one night.

• No pets are accepted. • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (it is allowed on the terrace and in the yard). • The Property is rented as a whole; recommended capacity matches the 4 bedrooms. • Quiet hours, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, must be respected. • Keys received at check-in must be returned at check-out; loss is charged at the cost of replacing the locks.

The Client is liable for any damage, loss or harm caused to the Property or its fittings during the stay. The security deposit may cover minor damages; for damages exceeding the deposit, the Client is required to pay the difference upon assessment. The Operator is not liable for personal belongings left on the Property by the Guest.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure events, as defined in Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code. If the stay becomes impossible due to force majeure, the reservation will be rescheduled or the deposit refunded, as agreed between the parties.

Any complaints should be sent to contact@visdeprimavara.ro and will be reviewed within 30 days. For consumer matters, the competent authority is the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro). Disputes not resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Constanța County.

The processing of personal data provided through the website form, phone or email is governed separately by the Privacy Policy, available on the site.

The Operator reserves the right to update these terms. The version applicable to a reservation is the one published on the site at the time of booking confirmation.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For matters not regulated here, the provisions of the Romanian Civil Code, GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, GO 58/1998 on tourism organisation, GD 1267/2010 on the classification of tourist accommodation, and related implementing rules apply.
